Attending the Grace Hopper Celebration 2023 was an incredible experience. I was fortunate to receive a scholarship to attend, which opened up amazing opportunities. I got to talk to representatives from top tech companies, gaining insights and making valuable connections. Visiting Google, Bank of America, and EY was particularly inspiring, as I learned about their cutting-edge projects and company cultures. The event was a fantastic platform for networking and exploring career opportunities in the tech industry. 

My first IT Analyst experience at Nomura as a Global Markets Information Technology Analyst from June 2024 to August 2024 in New York City was transformative. I designed and implemented a process monitoring dashboard, significantly boosting analytics visibility and efficiency. Applying data analytics techniques to support business decisions provided insights into the company’s financial aspects. Working with an amazing group of professionals made the experience even more rewarding.

Completing the Google Project Management Certification was a pivotal step in my professional development. The comprehensive curriculum covered essential project management principles, tools, and techniques. I gained valuable skills in planning, organizing, and managing projects efficiently. This certification has equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to lead projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
